Dutch abroad Ministry: Greenland could belong to the US

Referring to the increasing tensions over Greenland, the head of Dutch diplomacy noted that a military conflict over the island would be a "very bad option" for Greenland itself, Denmark, as well as Europe and the United States. The future of the island, he stressed, should depend solely on the Greenlanders and not on decisions made in Washington or Brussels.
