President Andrzej Duda expects an apology from the Heads of peculiar Services who refused to meet him. In an evening interview with Television, the president revealed this unprecedented event and pointed to Prime Minister Donald Tusk as liable for this situation.

Duda described the refusal of the gathering as a "very disturbing" phenomenon, especially in the context of discussions on officer promotions. The president stressed that this situation had not occurred in the 3rd Republic since 1989. "I look forward to apologies and to the presence of the heads of service with the president of Poland to besides discuss officer promotions," said Duda in an interview.

The president explained that the gathering was to be held with his advisor, without the participation of Sławomir Cenckiewicz, head of the National safety Bureau. "This was a gathering - as the heads of service knew - of the president of Poland with 1 advisor, whom they knew well, without the participation of Sławomir Cenckiewicz", he stated.
