– It could happen, for example, that there would be a request to find a Prime Minister combining a fresh coalition agreement. If specified a proposal had been made to me, I would not hesitate – president Andrzej Duda admitted in the 'Sunday Guest'.
No longer international
On August 6, Karol Nawrocki is to replace Andrzej Duda as president. The Duda as a erstwhile tenant of the Presidential Palace will, of course, receive presidential retirement, besides receive SOP protection and certain privileges. But for a pensioner, he's beautiful young, and it's been known for a long time that he's looking for something to do.
In December last year, it was loud that Duda was planning to join the planet sports authorities. He'd be in the global Olympic Committee. It seems that after much confusion, however, the subject fell.
Duda was asked by the "Sunday Guest" about the future in global institutions. Turns out he's got no plans.
– There is no political climate in the planet today, at least for the time being, conducive to conservative politicians taking seats in crucial global institutions," he said.
However, he pointed out that the situation could change in the coming years. He besides excluded moving in parliamentary elections.
Prime Minister yes, associate no
Duda admitted that he was able to imagine a situation in which he would head the government. For now, this is purely hypothetical, due to the fact that erstwhile asked whether specified formal proposals or little are directed towards him, he replied that "they are not."
He besides said that he would effort to respond to any challenges so that "there would be as much benefit for Poland as possible".
Let us remind you: in fresh days, both Andrzej Duda and his surroundings send signals that the president would be ready to become Prime Minister. As Newsweek writes, it does not necessarily mean a plan, but it is simply a signal that Duda would want to mean something more in politics. His position in the eyes of Jarosław Kaczyński is alternatively low.
"The president was strong in words at the very end of his presidency, but in Kaczyński's eyes he was besides soft and de facto betrayed the Law and Justice with his decisions during those 10 years. In the PiS itself any gag that during the presidency of Duda the erstwhile (at the very beginning of his career in the early 2000s) of Andrzej Duda's membership of the Freedom Union" – writes Jacek Gądek in Newsweek.
