"See that there is no speculation," wrote Andrzej Duda and showed: the first transfer from the "presidential retirement" which he began receiving in late November. The benefit is granted to all erstwhile Presidents of the Republic of Poland after leaving office. How much is it? Thanks to the screenshot from the account, we know precisely how much Duda has received – and this “on hand”!
For the last 3 months, Andrzej Duda received a full wage as part of a severance check-in after leaving his post, but by the end of November he had already received a smaller transfer. This is about the alleged "presidental retirement" which the erstwhile head of state will be receiving for the remainder of his life.
“After 3 months of receiving a presidential briefing, I received the first presidential ’retirement’. See that there is no speculation," he wrote on X Duda and included a screenshot with an account statement.
The transfer was sent from the Chancellery of the president of Poland from an account at the National Bank of Poland. The amount? 9349 PLN.

The presidency... doesn't number for a stint at the Social safety Office. erstwhile Heads of State receive peculiar benefits
The presidential pension is in fact not a pension, although the mechanics is similar. In practice, however, it has nothing to do with OFE, IKE, IKZE, PKP, or even more from ZUS. Importantly and very frequently not included in the debate on "presidental retirement", which any say is "too high", the President's stature in his position... is not included in the internship at ZUS. This means that for Andrzej Duda no 1 in 10 years of presidency paid contributions, so the erstwhile head of state most likely awaits a reasonably low benefit from the Social Insurance Institution.
Furthermore, the benefit is de facto divided into 2 people, due to the fact that the first woman of a akin "retirement" does not receive. On the another hand, erstwhile presidents have many opportunities to gain – due to cognition or experience in government management and diplomacy – and Andrzej Duda is inactive a comparatively young man.
In addition to the “presidential retirement” of Duda – and all another erstwhile presidents – there are also privileges. This includes individual protection of the State Protection Service and access to wellness protection on preferential terms, not only for themselves but besides for the loved ones.
