And, above all, adequate building of relations between civilian and military structures, business and a full group of government departments and another institutions. Of course, this process is not only a Polish, as it were, a national challenge, due to the fact that it is besides visible in another countries. **An example of this was the presence at the conference of representatives from France (where, for example, the Agence de l innovation de défense operates with expanding success) and the USA (where bridges between innovation and the armed forces have been built for years, and the symbol, although not the only manifestation, is the action of DARPA).
