Dual-purpose technologies challenge the country's resilience [ OPINION]

At the outset, it should be noted that present the velocity of changes in a diverse scope of technologies, including peculiarly breakthrough ones, forces a completely fresh approach to mapping the innovation environment. And above all, to decently build relations between civil, military, business and the full group of government ministries and another institutions. Of course, this process is not only a Polish, as a national challenge, due to the fact that it is besides visible in another countries. **An example of this was the presence of representatives from France (where Agence de l innovation de défense is increasingly successful) and the USA (where bridges have been built between innovation and armed forces for years, and the symbol, although not the only manifestation, is DARPA's action).
