DSA in Poland: subsequent amendments to the Act

The draft amendment of the Act on the provision of services by electronic means from the end of September is carried out by the Sejm. As we have reported in our articles, in the first week of November there were 3 meetings of the Digital, Innovation and Modern Technologies Commission dedicated to the document, of which [at the first discussion](https://cyberdefence24.pl/politics-and-law/notice-to-novelization-implementing-dsa-in-Poland) with representatives of social organisations and institutions. [On the another two](https://cyberdefence24.pl/politics-i-law/policy-digitisation-zajela-sie-law-implemented-dasa-what important-changes-adopted) the first amendments were voted on and, among another things, the criticism of censorship was discussed. The paper implements the EU Digital Services Act into the Polish legal order.
