"Operation of Polish and allied aviation related to violations of Polish airspace ended", said Operations Command at 7.42. Temporary suspension of flights
The Command thanked NATO and the Royal Dutch Air Force for their support, whose "F-35 thinkers helped guarantee safety in the Polish sky tonight". “The ground-based air defence and radio-location systems have returned to standard operations”, says the statement.
More than 10 Russian machines flew over Poland, any of them were shot down. The intrusion of Russian machines caused the temporary closure of airspace fragments and temporary cessation of air operations at airports in Warsaw, Modlin, Rzeszów and Lublin.
Return to Poland urgently
Action is presently underway to find the shot down unmanned. Both soldiers and another servants are involved.
