Unknown drones have again attacked Moscow and its surroundings. Ukrainian authorities claim that the Russian capital is no longer a fortress and the number of attacks will increase. Vladimir Putin is not able to effectively defend Moscow, argues Andriy Kovalenko, head of the Center for Countering Disinformation at the National safety and defence Council of Ukraine.
