Draft regulation on appointments to military ranks

A draft regulation of the Minister of National Defence on appointment to military ranks has been submitted to inter-ministerial arrangements. It is essential due to the fact that the earlier specified regulation of 30 April 2010 expired on 23 April 2022 after the entry into force of the Act on the Defence of the Fatherland.
