More and more events in fresh weeks indicate that the Polish justice strategy has found itself in a state of decision-making paralysis, and the political base of the erstwhile government is undergoing a deep leadership crisis. The postponement of the decision on the arrest of Zbigniew Ziobro, controversial court justifications and increasing friction within Law and Justice make a image of a state that is incapable to close key cases. As Dr. Ewa Pietrzyk-Zieniewicz, a political scientist and constitutionalist, emphasizes in an interview with Goniec, the problem does not lie only on 1 side of the dispute.
