Already on May 15, 2025, Małgorzata Bonikowska will take part in the discussion panel "Futureproof – Managing uncertainty and business resilience", organised by SWPS University as part of the event Impact CEE 2025 in Poznań.

The discussion will focus on the function of Resilience in the business planet – how to prepare organisations for changing environment, how to manage hazard and uncertainty, and how to usage crises as an chance for improvement and innovation.
