This year we decided to admit 3 people in the ranking - for bravely combining technology with law, fighting for the quality of the law, educational activities, explaining regulations in the media, as well as for jurisprudence, which in the maze of unclear regulations always relies on logic and the constitutional rule of the citizen's trust in the state.
