He stressed that NATO is looking for solutions to address remaining shortcomings in respective areas.
Grynkewich thus referred to Reuter's earlier information, which, following sources in NATO, stated that next week at the Ankara summit, the Alliance is to announce that its European members have filled almost all the deficiencies in the defence forces resulting from plans to reduce American soldiers in Europe.
