“Did you get your head cuffed?” – Donald Tusk does not bite about SAFE and money for the armory

Donald Tusk published a recording of Steel Wola, in which he hit PiS politicians in sharp words, defending the EU's SAFE instrument. In the video, recorded in the hall of Huta Stalowa Wola, he talks about billions of zlotys, which are to translate into orders and investments in the Polish defence industry. His statement, ending with the question “Has it reached the head?” immediately sparked the political consequence of the opposition.

In the video, Tusk refers to the argument of the opposition that measures with SAFE it is in practice "money for Germans" and presents it as disinformation or political manipulation. The Prime Minister stresses that Polish plants are to be the real beneficiary, and Stalowa Wola is to be an example of how an instrument can power a national weaponry. In this context, a declaration of "20 billion PLN" attributed to Huta Stalowa Wola.
