After 1989, only erstwhile did Poland commission genuine public opinion polls on itself, conducted on a typical sample, at erstwhile in a twelve or so countries. It happened on the occasion of the then Prime Minister Donald's favourite athletics - the European Football Championship in 2012. The results were, to usage the language of diplomacy, surprising. 38% of citizens of the neighboring national Republic of Germany were incapable to name a single password or name related to Poland, specified as the capital Warsaw. And it wasn't the worst consequence of this survey at all. In the case of the French or the Dutch, two-thirds of those asked had nothing, but this did not associate Poland with anything.
