Donald Tusk: We are back to the pre-war situation erstwhile it comes to border regulations

The mechanics allowing duty-free imports from Ukraine will cease to apply in early June - said Prime Minister Donald Tusk. He added that regulations would apply again before Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
