“I can say with large satisfaction that this gathering was very fruitful for the Polish Presidency. It has not come to an end with formal decisions, but the intentions of the full EU "twenty sevens" to velocity up Europe's arms and make it a safer place are clear," said Prime Minister Donald Tusk after talks at the informal summit of European Union leaders in Brussels.
