Earlier in the context of talks about the future of Ukraine and talks with Russia Tusk wrote that "Europe urgently needs its own action plan for Ukraine and our security, otherwise another global players will decide our future".
"Not necessarily in accordance with our interests. This plan must be prepared now. There is no time to waste," wrote Donald Tusk on X portal.
