Donald Tusk announces a treaty with France. ‘Can be groundbreaking’

“We are finalising the treaty between Poland and France, and I hope it will be signed soon,” announced Donald Tusk after the summit of the “voluntary coalition”, on the margins of which he spoke with president Emmanuel Macron, the host of the event. The Polish Prime Minister stressed that the agreement could be a "breakdown" in terms of common safety guarantees between Warsaw and Paris.
