Donald Tusk informs how much % of SAFE will go to Germany

The Pit-Radwar office in Kobyłka hosted press conferences on the fresh capabilities of the Polish Army thanks to the SAFE programme. SAFE is simply a European defence debt scheme. The value of the full programme is EUR 150 billion, of which Poland - as the largest beneficiary - is expected to receive over EUR 43 billion. This money is to be repaid within the next 45 years of receiving the debt , after the expiry of a 10 year grace in the repayment of capital .
