Donald Tusk announces how much % of SAFE program will go to Germany

A press conference on the Polish Army's fresh capabilities through the SAFE program was held at Pit-Radwar office in Kobylka. The SAFE program is simply a European defence debt program. The value of the full program is €150 billion, of which Poland - as the largest beneficiary - is to receive more than €43 billion. The money is to be repaid over the next 45 years after receiving the debt , after a 10-year grace period for repayment of the principal.
