"South Africa is simply a constitutional democracy with a unchangeable tradition of regulation of law, justice and equality. The South African government has not confiscated anyone's land. The late adopted Expropriation Act is not a confiscation instrument, but a legal measurement that provides public access to the land in a fair and fair manner, in accordance with the guidelines of the Constitution," stressed Cyril Ramaphos in his entry on social platform X.
"We look forward to working with Donald Trump's administration on our agricultural improvement policy and issues of common interest. We are certain that, as a consequence of these contacts, we will be able to share a better and shared knowing of these issues," added the president of South Africa.
