A punch for Donald Trump. "Radically left-wing" media return to waves

In a Tuesday decision, justice Royce Lambert accepted the motion of the Voice of America journalists and decided that the station — along with another radio stations aimed at abroad societies: Radio Free Asia and mediate East Broadcasting Network, is expected to resume their work, reconstruct the released journalists and received grants.

Although formally the decision is only a temporary measurement issued in time for the final resolution of the litigation, the justice appointed by Ronald Reagan considered that Trump's administration's actions, which led to the actual closure of the station, "probably" violated "many" laws as well as the constitutional regulation of division of authorities. The justice besides pointed out that the government's representatives did not supply any justification, and their actions were "a simple example of arbitrary and capricious actions".

Journalists are afraid. “This communicative is not over”

President Trump and his co-workers accused VOA and another budget-funded bias media, claiming to advance "radically left" narratives. Trump ordered to make maximum authorised cuts in the VOA as part of a slimming of administration, but in practice this led to the dismissal of hundreds of journalists and workers and the closure of the station's operations. Many journalists, including the Ukrainian section of the station, were threatened with deportation.
