Donald Trump develops the Council of Peace, and the UN awaits late contributions

The United Nations is waiting to know how much of the outstanding 4 billion dollars in the Donald Trump administration is going to pay and erstwhile the money will come in. UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres warned last week that if financial rules are not regulated, the UN is threatened with "an imminent financial collapse".
