“We have prepared a solid list of retaliatory measures,” says Maroš Šefčovič, EU Commissioner for Trade. At the same time, the European Union is offering the United States zero tariffs. The Warsaw Stock Exchange has suspended trading in anticipation of the American stock exchange.
