US president Donald Trump signed an order on Wednesday imposing "reciprocal tariffs" of at least 10 percent on goods imported from abroad, and in the case of the European Union - 20 percent. As the expert points out, Russia is not on the list of tariffs, although it even includes uninhabited overseas territories of another countries.
