U.S. president Donald Trump signed on Wednesday a regulation imposing "counterfeit duties" at a rate of at least 10% on goods imported from abroad, and in the case of the European Union - 20%. As the expert pointed out, Russia was missing from the customs list, although there were even uninhabited overseas territories of another countries.
