The alleged coup in the Democratic Republic of the Congo

According to the Congolese services, an attempted coup against president Felix Tshisekedi and his political ally, Deputy Prime Minister Vitali Kamerhe, took place on 19 May 2024 at about 4 a.m. in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC).
