Finance Minister Andrzej Domanski addressed a letter to the State Electoral Commission, in which he points out "the provisions of the Constitution, the Electoral Code and another laws that attest to the fact that the work to explain doubts about decisions of public authority is an apparent part of our legal order". This is an answer to the request of the head of PKW Sylwester Marciniak.
