Domański responds to Marciniak. Another letter to the National Electoral Commission

Finance Minister Andrzej Domański has sent a letter to the National Electoral Commission, in which he points out "the provisions of the Constitution, the Electoral Code and another acts which show that the work to clarify doubts concerning decisions of public authorities is an apparent part of our legal order". This is simply a consequence to a request from the head of the National Electoral Commission, Sylwester Marciniak.
