The president of UODO Mirosław Wróblewski submitted comments on the draft amendment of the Act on the exercise of the mandate of MP and Senator and the Marszałkowska defender Act, which is intended to let the parliamentarians to be examined for sobriety. In his opinion, the task violates GDPR.
