The deficiency of periodic investigation for hunters in Poland is simply a violation of EU law - activists say. The laboratory for All Beings sent a complaint to the European Commission. It is about the compatibility of national law with the Directive which requires associate States of the European Union to check the wellness of arms holders. The bill is under way in the Sejm, but the government is not behind it.
