This year there are controversy over the future of the coal additive, although the heating period has already started. It was expected that the government would make a clear message on the matter, but it did not, leaving certain doubts. In the erstwhile year, household owners, whose applications for a coal allowance have been positively examined, received support of PLN 3000. What is amazing is that, despite the deficiency of clear declarations regarding the future of this programme, it is inactive possible to download a carbon allowance application on the authoritative website of the Ministry.

W The Polish heating period is highly crucial due to the severe winters and the request to heat houses and apartments. For many families, especially those with lower incomes, the coal allowance provides crucial financial support, helping to cover the costs of buying fuel. However, in the absence of clear information from the government, many people are afraid and uncertain whether they will be able to number on this support this year too.

Last year's aid in the form of PLN 3000 for household owners whose applications for the coal allowance were accepted helped many families last the hard winter period. However, the current situation in which the deficiency of a clear government declaration on the continuation of the programme creates uncertainty among the people of the country.

Resignation of the coal allowance, without a prior statement, could affect the budgets of many families and origin difficulties in keeping warm in their homes. Nevertheless, the website of the Ministry of Climate inactive allows for the collection of applications for a coal allowance, which may propose that this subject remains open.

Faced with expanding costs of energy and another products, many Poles are afraid about the financial situation and request support, especially during the heating season. The final decision on the coal allowance could affect the budgets of many families, and there is an urgent request for clear messages from the government on this issue.

The application for a carbon allowance can inactive be downloaded. Does this mean that coal subsidies will, however, enter into force?

In 2023, many people wonder if they are entitled to a coal allowance and whether there will be any forms of carbon financing available. These are questions that Poles ask themselves about starting the heating season. Although autumn was milder than usual, the first frosts appeared in any parts of Poland. Although the carbon availability situation is not as dramatic as in erstwhile years, prices per tonne of coal stay high. Given besides the exceptionally advanced inflation (which reached record-high levels last year and early this year, the highest since March 1997), many Poles simply cannot afford to buy fuel for winter.

Politicians promised that there would be no shortage of coal this year, but did not make clear declarations on financial support in the form of a fresh coal allowance. However, at the same time no 1 ruled out the anticipation of introducing it. Currently, on the website of the Ministry of Climate, you can inactive download an application for a carbon allowance.

However, it is worth remembering that the rulings had previously informed that applications submitted after 30 November last year would not be considered. Therefore, there is simply a certain period after which it may not be possible to apply for a carbon allowance.

For many families and people with lower incomes, the coal supplement can supply crucial support during the winter, helping them to meet heating spending. Therefore, there is inactive any uncertainty as to whether a fresh coal allowance will be introduced in 2023 and what will be the criteria for granting it. It is worth monitoring authoritative communications and changes to fire support legislation.
