A bill introducing cadastral taxation went to the Sejm

The Lewica Group brought to the Parliament on 20 March this year a bill to decision from a real estate-based taxation model to a value-sensitive model. This act besides provides for amendments to the Geodesic and Cartographic Laws. The aim of the proposed regulation is to reduce the inefficient usage of housing resources and to facilitate access to housing for families and people with lower incomes.
