Longer judgement not for judges with disciplinary. Changes in the improvement of Waldemar Żurek

The right to prosecute a 65-year-old judicial career should not be granted to judges who have been punished disciplinaryly. Additional medical examinations should besides be introduced for those judges who regulation longer – specified changes in the proposed improvement are requested by the alleged constitutional codification committee.
