13.12.2025 Our open club gathering enriched the exhibition with Blessed Fr Jerzy Popieluszko on the 44th anniversary of the introduction of martial law in Poland.
The exhibition is organized by NSZZ Solidarity and presented by the National Promotion of Teaching of Blessed George Popieluszko.
The secular promoter of the cult of Blessed George – Mr Marek Kędziorek, who briefly introduced the exhibition, arrived in Długołęka.
Questions and comments arose concerning, among others, the current state of cognition about the martyrdom of Kapelan Solidarity. The discussions lasted until late evening hours. Participants shared memories of the introduction of martial law, encouraging the communicative of the invited guest, Mr.Józak, who graced the gathering with poems and stories about his graphics inspired by the experiences of martial law.
The gathering ended with the reading of prayer for Homeland and the making of Christmas wishes. In a word, a peculiar day in our history, a unique exhibition dedicated to the Blessed Fr.Jerzemu Popieluszka courtesy of Mr.Mark Kędziorek, a unique gathering of exceptional people, peculiar memories of all of us from the martial law, exceptional poems and peculiar Christmas wishes.
