Why do soldiers leave the Polish Army?

The problem of leaving the service in the military has long existed, but it is now peculiarly important. Without strategy solutions, it will be hard to implement plans of the defence department in the area of the expansion of the Polish Armed Forces. What is the key to breaking up with the army today? Can this be addressed in a comprehensive way?
