Why is the EU inactive not reaching for Russian assets? [CONTINUES]

Michał Górski, Defence24: On Monday, a number of EU countries (including Poland) made an urgent call to the European Commission and the European Council on the request to usage frozen Russian assets for Ukraine (repair loan). Is this truly something that Europe should do as shortly as possible?
