Why does the EU not count

In global competition, whether of a peaceful nature, or – don't give God – armed, it is not crucial that an entity beset by interior unrest, tensions and, above all, persistently sabotaging its own economical development. This is how the European Union has been diagnosed by the fresh American safety strategy.
