Why is Donald Trump creating the Council of Peace? Expert: He assumed he would flip the table

"I believe that Donald Trump is incapable to foretell the effects of his action and I do not think that he cares," says Dr. Karol Szulc, a European and American scientist from the Institute of Political Studies at the University of Wrocław, commenting, among others, on a task of the Council of Peace, called by any "UN-bis". In his opinion, Trump is simply a revolutionary who, for interior use, wants to make the appearance that he is achieving something large on the global stage.
