DIY engineer builds a 'flying Las Vegas ball' with a POV display

DIY engineer Erik Spijk successfully built and flew something he calls the "flying younger brother of the Vegas Sphere" – a drone named Zippy. Zippy is simply a drone with a POV (persistence of vision) display.
