Divorces in a fresh way. No longer only the court, but besides the registry office

Married couples will be able to divorce at the registry office, the Sejm decided in a vote on Friday. In favour of the changes in the law were deputies from the Coalition and Together. Politicians from the Law and Justice Party, the Confederation and the Polish Crown Confederation were against. The draft stipulates that an out-of-court divorce will be possible on the basis of consensual declarations by the spouses and after gathering 4 conditions.
