As we have already reported, on 27 November this year, the Constitutional Tribunal will consider the compliance with the Fundamental Law of the provisions on the disclosure of judges' declarations of assets. The ombudsman took a position on this substance back in 2023. Now, however, it turns out that Prof. Marcin Wiącek will not appear at the end of November in the building on Szucha Avenue
