“Just as no of us wants an incapacitated officer to come to police intervention or to put out a fire, so each of us has the right to anticipate a judgement in a case... to give a justice capable of carrying out his duties.” This is simply a fragment of the written justification for a separate conviction to the Constitutional Court's judgment, which justice Jakub Stelina reported.
