First Keys Program
‘First keys’ is 1 of the 3 parts of the program prepared by MRiT ‘Lock key’. This component assumes support for the acquisition of homes and apartments exclusively from the secondary market. According to the assumptions, buyers would gotta fit within the fixed limits of the price of square metro, which amounts to PLN 10 thousand, and in Warsaw, Gdańsk, Krakow, Poznań and Wrocław – up to PLN 11 thousand.
