Disciplinary charges for Nawacki. "He has failed the dignity of the judge"

The Minister of Justice's disciplinary spokesperson decided to present disciplinary charges to the territory Court justice in Olsztyn and KRS associate Maciej Nawacki. They concern, among another things, the actions taken by Nawacki towards another justice - Paweł Yuszyn. The justice is accused of "lost the dignity of the judge's office and importantly hampered the functioning of the judiciary.".
