Disciplinary charges against Nawacki. "He violated the dignity of a judge"

The disciplinary spokesperson of the Minister of Justice has decided to present disciplinary charges against the justice of the territory Court in Olsztyn and associate of the National Council of the Judiciary Maciej Nawacki. They concern, among others, actions taken by Nawacki against another justice - Paweł Juszczyszyn. The justice is accused of "violating the dignity of the office of a justice and importantly hindering the functioning of the body of the justice system".
