Did you believe in the metro from Donald Tusk's government? We checked what actions were taken to implement this project

Politicians of Donald Tusk's government, including Deputy Prime Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz and the head of the Ministry of Energy Miłosz Motyka, announced at congresses and in the media the construction of a metro and a strategy of shelters in 10 Polish cities. It was expected to be part of the "infrastructure shield" – a dual-use strategy combining transport with civilian protection. Despite enthusiastic declarations, the government has not taken any concrete steps as part of this plan and does not plan to take them, due to the fact that the thought is... a program initiative of the Polish People's organization (PSL).
