The Left, as its own, submitted to the Sejm a draft almost word for word coinciding with the amendment prepared at the ministry. The organization claims it had the right to do so, as its erstwhile deputy minister worked on the legislation. Experts measure the substance differently, Rzeczpospolita reported.
