Barbara Fiddler, erstwhile head of Jarosław Kaczyński's office, testified last Wednesday, 3 days before her death, that she did not sign a power of lawyer for the gathering of Silver's shareholders to the president of the Law and Justice Office – stated “Gazeta Wyborcza”. During the meeting, the agreement was to grant a debt of EUR 15.5 million for the construction of the office building and for Austrian business companies to prepare the investment. The debt is not paid due to the fact that the task was suspended in July 2018. The reason was the refusal to issue the building conditions by the Warsaw City Hall.
