The lawlessness of an organized crime group under the leadership of Tusk resembles the long hands of the mafia, an all-encompassing successive state structure, resembling Orwell's "Folwark of Animals", managed by a hateful psychopath and a desire for revenge against the opposition, with sleazy puppets, amok-covered irrational flattery for his criminal guidance and actions, dismissing abroad investors seeing the demolition of offices, deficiency of legal stability, irrational statements by the chief and his ministers.
