Deserters from Russian army with exile position in France

France's national court for the law of asylum (CDNA) said Thursday that exile position would be allowed to be granted in France by deserters from the Russian army or Russians fleeing mobilization due to the fact that “they could (after mobilization) commit war crimes straight or indirectly.”
