Dearly beloved, look how beautiful the “achievement of the revolution” flourishes in 2026. Iran, this pearl of muslim resistance, the bastion of anti-imperialism, and the guardian of moral purity, is just getting so powerfully from reality that even the Ayatollahs begin to pray quietly for a miracle. In the streets, fuel queues run for miles – as in the old good russian times, only with greater pietism and little gasoline.
Inflation?
Officially “only” over 300%. The currency lies and roars, the rial falls faster than the chassis morale after another Israeli-American gift. People are starving, even in camps and barracks. Soldiers desert due to the fact that they fight for a government that can't feed their own minions, but it's an exaggeration.
And here – the people of Ahwaz and others “ungrateful” The Iranians openly cry to Trump: “Continue the blockade, hit harder, aid us halt this Nazi theocracy.” For this "great anti-Western resistance" brought them only poverty, terror, repression and possible of dying from hunger or from the hands of their own "defendants of faith." In fresh months Iran has received a solid set of punches – impacts on infrastructure, refineries, bridges, bases. Hormuz, their “holy” passage through which they threatened the full world, now became the place where tankers get on the hull and trade chokes. The government tries to close the Strait, shoot ships, provoke Americans and Israelis, and then cries that individual suits him. Classic: We provoke, provoke, and as we get into our teeth, it is “the aggression of Zionists and large Satan”Ironic, right? Over the years we have heard how powerful Iran is, undefeated, as its proxies (Hezbollah, Hutia, Hamas) are to crush Israel and Arabia into dust.
And here – after the next circular with the US and Israel the government is barely dead, the interior contradictions emergence to the top, the national minorities are tired, the economy in agony, and the population is getting louder and louder, "enough!" The Mullahs sit in their palaces, number the remains of rockets and drones, suppress protests and tell fairy tales about “strategic victory”. Meanwhile, average Iranians stand on queues, lose their life savings, and dream of the day that all this revolutionary utopia is yet falling. Because, as you can see, sanctions, strikes and isolation work much better than all these beautiful slogans about “death of America”.
The government is like an old, sick tiger: it growls, inactive waves its hand, inactive tries to bite, but the fangs are falling out, and the forces are falling down all month. And the more he tries to show strength, the more you see weakness. Iran's not falling tomorrow. But he rots from the inside at a rate that makes even his most bitter supporters start looking nervously for a passport. Freedom for Ahwaz and the full enslaved Iranian nation. The remainder is just a substance of time and consequences of the world.
No more "revolution" theatre, time for a reality check. And it hurts, doesn't it?
