The Prime Minister met with representatives of the social side this morning to discuss advancement and present a timetable for further work on deregulation in Poland. During the gathering president Maciej Witucki represented the Confederate Leviathan.

The information provided by the government's deregulation team, chaired by Minister Maciej Berk, who coordinates deregulation work in the government, shows that more than 100 simplification proposals developed by the social side have already been sent to the applicable ministries to take legislative initiatives.

There are many proposals from the Black List of Barriers of Leviathan presented present in the NRP, as well as in the enacted deregulation package. There were, among others, six months of vacatio legis for fresh laws introducing obligations for business (including tax), the electronicisation of the lease contract, the limitation of the condition of suspending the limitation period of the work in connection with the initiation of taxation criminal proceedings, the increase of the limit of the entity's exemption in VAT to PLN 240 thousand, the elimination of the reporting of parts of taxation schemes and the simplification and clarification of many procedures laid down in the taxation Code.
